Returns & Exchange

Please inspect all items immediately upon arrival. If they are damaged you should refuse delivery or declare it as damaged when signing, then contact us on sales@unibos.co.uk  to explain the situation.

If for any reason you are not happy with your choice, please contact us to register a return.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt and must be returned in their original packaging and in original re-saleable condition. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage and the delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable.

Before to return an item, whatever the reason, please contact us first via e-mail sales@unibos.co.uk to obtain a reference number, without such we won’t be able to accept the return.
